Our Bisou Night line is not packaged in plastic and we use fabric scraps for packaging. Don't be surprised when you receive your package, the products are just as new, but just less polluting!

Organic cotton is our favorite material: ultra soft for baby's skin, ultra friendly for our (often) abused planet.

DELIVERY :

Once your order has been placed, Stéphane, our logistician, and his team, will carefully collect your products from the stock in order to put them (with love AND efficiency) in a package, ready to send.



Then the carrier takes over.



We have plenty of delivery options so you can find the solution that suits you best: Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or Chronopost for those in a hurry!



We deliver to France, Europe, and all over the world (soon to the moon #workinporgress).

You have 14 days to return an item to us if it does not suit you.

If the item is defective, we will refund or exchange it for you. If you change your mind, we ask for a contribution of €2.50 for the return costs. If you would like an exchange or refund for an item that does not suit you, simply clickhere.
